Our agency has had the 'Client Track' from Shah Software since October, 1994. It has worked for us, it was very easy to learn. Very user friendly even for those of us who had never used a computer before. Through our learning process and errors or any other problems or modifications that developed they were always taken care of promptly. 

My, how the program has grown and developed over the years. Now we have the option to go the Internet route. 

As the person who does the monthly reports I know that this program has saved so much time. Working late and weekends sometimes I could barely make the reporting deadline doing manual reports.
